Ladies, the VCH piercing--is there a notable, functional benefit?

Well, since it rests directly on the oris, it probably would enhance sensation at least a bit. However, I can't imagine that little bit of extra stimulation would be worth the pain and inconvenience of having it done in the first place. &I don't think they look that great to begin with. (then again, it might just be that the on Wiki look like roast beef sandwiches.)
