Am i overworking my body ?

If you do all of that every day, then you're way over doing it. If that's how many a week, then maybe add a little more on there. But if you think that your body can handle it without getting damaged, then it's fine. You also need to eat healthy if you want to loose weight faster. Because whatever you work off, you just gain back if you eat unhealthy. If you get too tired, or you feel sick in any way, slow it down and reduce the amount of excersize. Do what's best for your body, not what you *want* to do to it.
