Are Bosnians and Herzegovinians white?

as in people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, are they white? Does anyone know a good place where I can read up about the slavs and the serbs and the baltic peninsula and all that southern european stuff besides wikipedia? I really want to learn about those stuff but when I was in school all they taught us about was the american revolution and world war one and hitler over and over again evry single year so I'm lacking in knowledge of history of other places. So are Bosnians and Herzegovinians white? and where can I read more about the history of that area? thanks in advance.
