Can anyone share recipes for deat meat?

Ok before I get a bunch of peta tree huggin people I wILL NOT TOLERATE ANY "oh my god you killed a deer how cruel" type answers. i'm not one to report things but I get that kind of answer my clicker finger wil start itching. So now on to the question, my husband hunts and we keep the meat. Well eh didn't hunt last year due to his work schedule so now he can hunt and has gotten 2 does during muzzle loader season. the only way I know to prepare anythign is frying back strip. We have some hams and the backstrip and othe rpieces I don't know what to call but I need ideas how to fix it!!! HELP!!!
