Not sure what you mean by a sunspot. A freckle can become more visible after sun exposure. Age spots take a long while to form. Just keep the high SPF on to protect your skin. A tan may LOOK healthy, but it means your skin is damaged. That can cause wrinkles, possibly skin cancer in your future.
