Question about SP Studio Systems Excalibur 3200 monolights?

I can't get them to fire with the test on or the sync. It makes a little noise when its triggered but it won't fire. It wants to fire when I turn the unit on some of the time, so I know the strobe bulb is fine. I checked the fuses which are also in tact. Since SP studio systems has no website, I can't even contact them as far as I know. Anyone know what the problem might be or how to contact SP Studio Systems? Thanks!
