Since Yahoo does not actively moderate "Reported" questions. Will the following get them to take action?

Apparently Yahoo, does not actively moderate questions that are reported for abuse. So lets hold an election of our own. Lets report everyone that disagrees with your point of view. The questions left will let us know whether there are more in favor of one of the candidates. Our own little election that will force Yahoo to look more closely at questions reported for abuse. This will prevent unfounded use of the "Report for Abuse" on.
