What the hell is up with the presidents eyes?

What is it with all of these pictures of the president george bush and bill clinton having reptilian eyes. At first I thought they were computer enhanced and I'm not completely convinced that they are not, BUT I looked up random pictures of bush jr. (not the father) and I swear the very first one I saw had reptilian eyes! I've been doin some thorough research on this so don't mock. Give me your opinion and tell me whether or not you think some of the bullshit you hear about nibiru and reptilian "beings" might have a little validity to them.
