Will san jose state rescind my acceptance?

ok, a bit of background, i got into sjsu a couple of months ago, i have a 2.9 gpa, with a 1880 on the SAT, 680s on both subject tests, and 200+ comm service hours, + a few other extracurriculars. I just got a D+ in an elective cl last semester, i was wondering whether they would rescind my acceptance, and if so, whats a good way to convince them to reaccept me.
