2005 MUSTANG WILL NOT START, MAKING A WEIRD WHIRRING NOISE?

there is gas in it, its not the batttery for sure. it has 88,0000 miles on it, and i went to go start it up and will not even make any noise just wierd wirring noise and will not start, wat should i do??
