If the girl I like told me something....?

So I was at prom with my crush who is dating another guy who couldn't be at prom for legal reasons. While there she said that she is getting kinda bored with her boyfriend. At the dinner portion of the prom she told me that her boyfriend previous to her current one had proposed to her, and she said yes before even realizing what he asked, she got cold feet and dumped him three days later. After that she said she had never told anyone that not even her current boyfriend, her family or her bestfriends's (i am kinda one of her best friend and yes i'm a guy). Is this a good sign that she trusts me this much or should I just give up liking her and stay her confidant.
