Should I go back to the dermatologist?

I went last yr and they removed a couple of moles for biposy (which came back negative) The thing is I had/have even more moles that Fit one or more of ABCD criteria. And I felt that the dr was kind of nervous examining me he kind of just skimmed over and didnt take a real close look at moles that weren't normally exposed areas. Am i just being paranoid or should I see a different derm?
