Is this anxiety or depression?

Depression and anxiety go hand in hand. I have an anxiey disorder and it sometimes leads to times of depression. At your appointment just tell your doctor what is going on, how you freak out, stomach problems, etc. She will determine whether it is more one or the other. I think it sounds like a little bit of both in the mix. I have both too, and take an antianxiety medication for it. Good luck at your appointment!
