Why is Tom Felton so ugly?

Seriously! He's disgusting! His face is all shriveled up and his hair is so blonde (not that I have anything against blondes!) that it makes him look like an old man! He looks and acts like a big whiny baby! GAH! And he doesn't look how I pictured Draco Malfoy to look at ALL. I just hate him.
