How is the recession touching you?

I'm 5 months into a layoff, and starting to feel the pinch. I have vegetable seeds growing in the kitchen, there is an unemployment extension but the pinch is starting to hit the savings. I do have a job on the line, but corporations move slow compared to days of all. I'm getting antsy.
