How do you make Cookie Dough Ice Cream?

You can probably make a good try and maybe even do better. But be sure to use pasteurized egg whites. Pasteurized whole eggs would probably be better (richer) if they sell them. I never looked for pasteurized whole eggs since I'm not allowed the yolks. But cookie dough? You have an endless buffet to pick from. Why try merely imitating someone else?
