If the President calls you a Master, are you a Master?

When I was a kid, I wrote a letter to former President Gerald Ford. He responded to it with a kind letter and autographed photo of himself. I noticed something when I was rummaging through this old memento. In the letter, President Ford referred to me as "Master Justin Harris". So this is a dumb question, but if the President of the United States refers to you as a Master, are you a Master?
