I don't know, probably not. However an argument can be made that there were advanced civilizations at that time. But people ignore the evidence supporting it, because it isn't what the mainstream authorities say, which dictate their thinking. The authorities of this world always do, just like when the earth was agreed upon by those in power, and the so called authorities that it was flat. If the authorities told people that they don't a brain, people would believe them. There is archaeological evidence that does not conform with the commonly believed position in regards our experience on earth.
