My friend has sores "down there" and walks funny?

My friend walks funny, like waddles, in school. i asked what's wrong and she said she had sores down there...how could this be? like, canker sores? she's not ually active btw. it's gross...she walks weirdly during school and people stare. but she says it really hurts
