Preeclampsia after birth?

I gave birth via c-section about a month ago. I had a severe case of preeclampsia and although my blood pressure is almost back to normal; I still have headaches, dizziness, and other problems with my vision. My question is, can symptoms continue after delivery even if my blood pressure has gone down?
