What technique is needed for Chopin etude op 10 no 5 and op 25 no 9?

I know every Chopin etude needs a different technique and that's what makes them easy/difficult. And I think these two are of the easier etudes and I was wondering which techniques are needed to play these pieces!! Thanks!!
