When Boston Utd were relegated to the Confrenmce last year?

The Confrence would not allow Boston to join the leauge because they were in Administration and were so demoted to the Confrence North - but why are Crawley allowed to remain in the Blue Square premier but be deducted 6 points 2 seasons running for financial reasons?. This seems a bit 2-faced I think.
