I love my boyfriend but i always get nervous before we hang out...?

I am sooo in love with my boyfriend but for some reason, before I go to his house on the weekends, i get really nervous and stressed out because I really don't want to be stuck inside his house doing nothing alllllll day,,,i start yzing everything (i have ocd) and start freaking out because im like "maybe i don't really love him and that's why i get so stressed about being with him all day" but once i leave his house that night, i am always euphoric and sooo in love....where is my panicky-ness coming from? and is it okay to rather go out and DO something rather than sit on a couch for hours? thanks
