Im back with my stomach problems again, please help!?

im back once again with a terrible stomach ache. today i've already took my two pills for the day and took some extra strength tums and extra strength alka seltzer. nothing is working! i was wondering if anybody would know what to do. any help would be much appreciated. thanks!
