Existential question, and my friend's death

we live we love we forgive and never give up cause the days we are given are gifts from above so today you remember to live and to love. im soo deeply sorry for your loss...this must be so hard...im eligious and your friends soul is now in heaven, shes left her sinnful body and is now another guardian angel to you. No one knows when were going to die, and this is why we need to live life to the fullest weather it be doing extreme things to just helping others, God has a path for everyone and no matter what difficult situation were put in God has made escaped for us and we will not be tempted more then we can stand, this will make you stronger, it will make you appreciate thingsmore...im so sorry...your in shock right now, the first stage of greif (ther are 7 stages) think about what your friend would want, would she want you to move on (not so son give it time) what would she want you to do, would she want you to find happiness, not only do this for your self but to continue your friends life thorugh you.
