What is MLM?how does MLM work?

I dont know why people say mlm is a pyramid scheme. Your JOB is a pyramid scheme too. The CEO makes all the money and the people under him ALWAYS make considerably less. Then on the bottom you have hourly employees who barely make ends meet. Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me. MLM is a great et you can add to your balance sheet.
